Application for Art Exhibition

We are delighted to open a call for exhibition proposals from artists, collectives, and creative practitioners interested in professionally showcasing their work. If you or an artist you know would like to be considered for an upcoming exhibition, please follow the application process below.
Exhibition Duration Most exhibitions run for 4 weeks, with an additional week allocated for installation and de-installation.
While we will do our best to accommodate preferred dates, scheduling may vary depending on programme availability.
Submission Deadlines Proposals are reviewed four times per year. Please submit by 12 noon on one of the following dates:
- 31st January
- 30th April
- 31st July
- 31st October
Applicants will be notified of the outcome within 4 weeks of the deadline.
Exhibition Selection Criteria All applications will be assessed against the following criteria:
1. Artistic Quality & Originality
- Strength and clarity of the artistic vision
- Creativity, originality, and innovation
- Professional standard of presentation
2. Relevance & Cohesion
- Strength of the exhibition concept
- How well the proposed works relate to the stated theme
- Clarity of narrative or purpose within the collection
3. Suitability for the Gallery Space
- Practical feasibility of installation
- Scale, medium, and technical requirements
- Alignment with the gallery’s annual programme
4. Audience Engagement
- Potential to inspire, educate, or engage visitors
- Opportunities for workshops, talks, or public interaction (optional but beneficial)
5. Professionalism & Preparedness
- Completeness and clarity of the proposal
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and installation requirements
