Santa’s Enchanted Magical Tour

Step back in time as we take you and your family on an enchanted, magical tour of Benburb Priory House. The tour will include making a wish at Elf School in the magnificent grand library, and storytelling with the Fairy Godmother. Hush, be very quiet as you sneak past the Elves bedroom, before you meet Mrs Claus in her kitchen to make magic reindeer dust. You’ll be finishing off the tour with a gift from Santa and meeting the Elves in the Workshop. When outside, take a stroll around the grounds, warm yourself by the fire and admire the beauty of Benburb Priory which will be all lit up for Christmas. Don’t forget your camera. What’s included in the tour:

• Tour of Benburb Priory House (approximately 1 hour)
• Making a wish in Elf School in the magnificent grand library
• Story Telling with the Fairy Godmother
• Making Reindeer Dust with Mrs Claus
• Mulled wine and shortbread for the adults
• A present from Santa
• One family photo with Santa (purchase more from the Elves)
• (Optional) visit our crib in the chapel
• Outside – open fire in the courtyard
• Admire the Christmas lights as you take a walk around the grounds and courtyard of the beautiful Benburb Priory.

Price: Child over 2 – £20, Adult – £15, Child under 2 – £10

What to wear:

You will be inside Benburb Priory Manor House for the tour but please wrap up warm when you go outside for a walk around the grounds.

Wheelchair Access:

Santa’s Enchanted Magical Tour – All activities accessible. There are steps in the hallway upstairs. Wheelchair users can use the lift to gain access to the upper floor to join your group with guidance from one of our Elves. When your group are returning to the ground floor, assistance will be available to use the lift so you can rejoin your group. Please advise us in advance so we can prepare for your visit. We recommend you book an early slot when it is not so busy.

Group Bookings:

If you have a large family/group of friends and want to have a private tour together, we can accommodate up to 30 people, but we advise that you ring our help line on 07726671638 (please leave a text message if you cannot get through and someone will return your call) and book early so we can allocate extra time for your group.

Parking

Parking will be made available in the main car park. We advise that you arrive at least 10 minutes early as it may take time to park and make your way to reception.

Please note – Our Christmas Fair on Saturday 14^th December and Sunday 15^th December from 11am to 5pm, so parking spaces may be limited on these dates, so please come early and enjoy the Fair, which is free to attend.
