DESCRIPTION:Tercentenary of the Canonisation of St Peregrine\n4 May 2026 – 4 May 2027\nThe St Peregrine Centre at Servite Priory Benburb marks 300 years since the canonisation of St Peregrine Laziosi\, patron saint of those suffering from cancer.\nBorn in Forlì\, Italy\, in 1256\, Peregrine’s life was transformed after seeking forgiveness from St Philip Benizi. He later joined the Servite Order and was miraculously healed of cancer through prayer before the Crucifix.\nCanonised on 27 December 1726\, his feast day is celebrated on 4th May.\nDevotion to St Peregrine continues to bring healing\, strength\, and peace to many.\n\n\n\nTercentenary Opening Celebration\nSt Peregrine Healing Mass\nMonday 4 May 2026 at 8pm\nCelebrant: Fr Collie McGlynn OSM\n\n\n\nMonthly Healing Mass\nFirst Monday of each month at 8pm\n\n\n\nSt Peregrine Day Retreats\nSaturday 13 June 2026\nSaturday 21 November 2026\nSaturday 20 February 2027\nAll events take place at Servite Priory Benburb\nAll are welcome
